Refund & Delivery Policy

Service delivery (“shipping”)

The Sites is a fully digital service — nothing is physically shipped. Your subscription is activated immediately and automatically once payment is confirmed: your plan’s features unlock in your dashboard, usage top-ups are credited to your balance instantly, and domain registrations complete with the registry within minutes. A tax invoice is issued to your account email for every payment. If a payment is confirmed but your plan doesn’t reflect it within a few minutes, contact [email protected] and we’ll put it right.

Subscriptions

If The Sites isn’t right for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund of that first subscription payment — no questions asked. Renewal payments are generally not refundable, but if something went wrong (double charge, service failure), write to us and we’ll make it right. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Domain registrations and renewals

Domain purchases are registered with the registry immediately and are not refundable once registered — this is an industry-wide registry rule, not ours. Double-check spelling before you buy.

One-time designer fee

The Designer plan’s one-time onboarding fee is refundable in full until design work begins, and not refundable after your site has been delivered.

Payments between you and your customers

Payments your customers make to you (e.g. by Touch ’n Go, DuitNow, bank transfer or cash) happen directly between you and them — we do not collect, hold or process those payments, so any refund of them is between you and your customer, under your own policy.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
